Who actually shows up at my house?

The owner. Onzik Air is a one-person shop, so the person you speak to on the phone is the person in your driveway. No rotating crews, no subcontractors.

Do you really specialize in boilers?

Yes. Hydronic heat is the core of the shop: combi boilers, baseboard zones, circulators, descaling. The job photos on this site show the work, including Laars FT Series combi units we service and install. Plenty of shops will take a boiler call. Fewer actually like them.

What is a combi boiler?

One wall-hung unit that does two jobs: heats your house through the baseboard or radiators, and makes your domestic hot water on demand. No separate tank. Sized and piped correctly, it is an efficient fit for a lot of houses around here. Sized wrong, it disappoints, which is why sizing comes first.

What does a real tune-up include?

Panels off. Coils cleaned properly, drains cleared, pressures and temperatures checked against spec, and on boilers, a look at water quality and scale. A spray through the grille is not maintenance. Our before and after photos show the difference.

The quote is free and the price lands before any work starts. We do not publish price lists because honest pricing depends on your actual system and your actual house. What you get is a fair number upfront and no surprises on the invoice.

Fair question. Judge the work, not the age: every photo on this site is a real Onzik Air job, photographed by us. Call, ask hard questions, and you will be talking directly to the person who does the work. That is the whole pitch.
